The weekend is here

It’s the weekend and day 3. This is going to be a challenge. So far so good though.

Congratulations on Day 3. It might help to make a plan to help you get through the weekend. And, changing your weekend routine and activities might help also.

The first weekend is really big NewMe. Try to make it fun and active. Stay really busy. Eat what you want. Go to a coffee shop. Buy a new book. Have fun. Sunday evening when the cravings are gone for the day, you will be so happy. Stay sober this weekend. It will be amazing and you will love your weekends from now on.

You'll be so proud to wake up Monday and say 'I did it'.

Thanks for the support everyone. I agree with all of you, change routines and have fun. I bought some new herbal teas that I’ve been wanting to try and I’m sipping on that now. I just finished journaling and now about to watch a good chick flick! I want to be proud of myself when Monday comes.

It's so good to read of people doing good things for themselves. Congratulations NewMe. Enjoy every moment.
