8 Months
Every day isn't a slam dunk but most are easier layups. I don't really have cravings but sometimes the random thought which for now are just shoved aside and not even mentally debated.
Working on a few past relationships I've fractured/screwed-up/effed-up and taking what I get.

This thing they call sobriety is really way underrated. Wish I would have listen years ago about it.

Congrats! And I like this phrase - I guess it's in the style of AVRT - useful for me too both for dealing with the AV and with other negative voices
