Helllo!
Helllo!
I'm new to the forum. This looks like an active place, which is what I have been looking for. My name is Shiloh and I've been sober close to four years now. I've been around AA since the '80s through friends, family and myself. Yeah I'm old. I'm pleased to make all of your acquaintances and will be an active member here.

Hi guys, thanks for the welcome! My name is Shiloh, which you can refer to me by. I had to register as ShilohWon because my name was already taken. Either or works. This looks like a great place. How do I register my AA birthday? I noticed there is a calendar but am not sure how to get on to it. Thanks.
Hi Shiloh
Great to have you join the SR family. When is your four year anniversary? Sorry, I'm a bit too new here to know how to register your AA birthday. I'm sure there will be a more experienced person around that can advise on that.
It would be great to hear 'your story' when you are ready to post. Newbies (like me) take great encouragement from the stories of people that have succeeded in changing their lives away through taming the alcohol beast.

Hello, hello Shiloh! You're at a place called Vertigo! I have been struggling for 8 years now at least. Not giving up though! Just keep trying. Everyone here can relate I'm sure. Medical help is important if you get withdrawal symptoms.
