Update!

I have not been on here for quite some time, but I have amazing news to share with you all. I have now been 149 days sober from Alcohol, and 40 DAYS sober from smoking carbon monoxide (cigarettes lol) I feel absolutely amazing, I have been diving deep into my spirituality and fitness! I'm at 8 to 10 miles a day of walking and lifting weights!

I also have stopped taking medication for sleep, I figured giving myself a chance to see how my sleep would improve after quitting smoking was worth a shot and you should know... IT HAS WORKED!

I'm truly blessed everyday without the consumption of alcohol! Thank youuuuuuuuu for all the love & support you all have shown me! I couldn't of went this far without this beautiful community!!!

Congrats and great job! Exercise is a huge part of my recovery. Whenever i feel like i'm off kilter a little bit i go for a hike.
