Day 4 done

4th of forever.
a good day to be stone sober.
wake up tomorrow feelin good.
Reading a lot around here and making my way along.
weekend drunk free? I’ll take it.

The mornings are worth their weight in gold Streaker. Isn't it nice to wake up clear and calm and quiet? Maybe not rested if your sleep isn't perfect yet, but tired is so preferable to a brutal hangover. Very well done on Day 4.

I still love waking clean and strong. Now I also love 97% of the rest of the day too.

I used to say I will crave for life, but I really started to not crave recently.

What is left in the crave's place is obsessing and self doubt.

I learned here and there of some strategies to strengthen theses areas.

40 plus years of boozing left me lacking these life skills.

Day 4 is awesome. Getting past day 3 and into day 4 always seems like a major milestone. Day 3 is always a wobbly one for me - get past that and well on the journey. Enjoy the Grammys!
