So, got a flu shot in Nov , diagnosed with the flu yesterday oh well. Feel like crap, 2 yrs 3 months of sobriety. I never had it so good.

Take care of yourself and stay hydrated. Also if you've had symptoms for less than 48 hrs it may be a good idea to get some Tamiflu. Not sure if you need the advice but please be aware that pneumonia can occur. If your cough persists and becomes "wet" or your fever goes away and comes back I would see a doc about getting a chest x-ray. Good luck, the flu truly sucks.

I guess I caught the flu 😷 but it only took me down for a little while.

I believe it is because I don't drink anymore. I used to get deathly ill a few times a year.

Havi g a strong immune system is a reason to never drink again.
