Thankful to be sober for 3 weeks today. Physically I feel good.

Emotionally it's not so easy. This morning I was shopping and I started crying for no reason. I left the shop as quickly as possible. Hopefully things will improve soon emotionally.

It is good to be sober.

I did exactly that 1 week sober.
I was out at appts by myself, once I was all finished I thought to myself, well I have the whole day ahead of me, what should I do.....oh, I can go sit at a bar and drink ! At that point I started crying because I played the tape and knew if I started I would never stop....
how mentally and physically its eating away at my soul. I still drank and ended up exactly where I knew I would.
Next time I've decided to just cry.
I guess that is us actually feeling and will heal us.
