Day 6 is done
I spent nearly 8 hours of the day in the car with my husband , driving to see the kids/grandkids. Did not order wine when my husband and I went out to dinner, and we did not go to the hotel bar.

I'll take it.

Not drinking was a lifestyle change. Drinking was a learned behavior.

Besides the main health reasons, which are enough to quit 10x over on their own, quitting has freed my mind.

Booze had me in an OCD trap.

End of day 7. Again we ate out, my husband had a cocktail and I had Diet Coke.
