Thank God this year is over!
Hi Everyone. I’m in bed already no drinking for me tonight. My mood was bad last night and I drank so have been hungover today.
5 months and 9 days of this year were reasonably good and 6 months 21 days of this year have been pure hell. The 5 months was when I was sober the 6 months have been while drinking.
A thought struck me today in work that almost everyday over the past 20 years I have suffered from a hangover.
It is so distressing not to be able to come off alcohol especially after all the bad experiences I have had.
i pray that the new year and new decade will see real
improvement in my life.
Self control appears to be something I am incapable of.
The life of of a chronic relapse is hard and miserable!
