Thumbs up Wheres The Tylenol Clark 127

So today is 127 for me I expected more, although the bad days are being closed in by more good days. My moods are still all over the place and i really want to lock myself in the house and drink all day on the low days. I just want to feel like I did when I was 17 again before I did this to myself. 100 % sounds really good right now what every that is. After 23 years of pouring alcohol into my liver I don't know if I will ever feel great again but i'd sure settle for 70% even every other day LOL

My mood is still all over the map and the hypoglycemia is something that will haunt me forever

Congrats on 127 day Sober! Great job- I am going to have 53 days tomorrow.

That is wonderful and inspiring.. gosh I locked myself in the house and drank alot
Tylenol could not even put a dent in my hangover.

Keep going it gets better I am told. What a great way to bring in the new decade.
The body is resilient I hope you physically feel better every day!

If you're concerned Clark why not see a Dr about your uneven moods?

Of ccourse and if they don't then they should. Don't let your pride stop you from seeking help.

I am on a very low dose of a mood and anxiety med and it has made all the difference. Go see your doc about that ClarkGrizwold. There is no reason for you to endure those awful swings in mood. If you had a broken arm you would go get it fixed so do that for your noggin too.

I agree with the others that you should definitely check in with a doctor - there may be a fairly easy fix, who knows? But also, I LOVE your username Clark.

What are you doing for your recovery other than not drinking?

Moodiness is common in the first year of recovery.

Recovery is action. If I am not "actin" sober and doing sober things, then I am bound to return to the bottle........

A doctor's opinion couldn't hurt, if they are familiar with addiction and alcoholism.

I think that everyone can benefit from a visit to the dr. Might be worth thinking about.

In response to your title: Christmas Vacation is one of my favorite movies. We are gearing up for a Grizwold movie marathon with some friends. Christmas vacation is always good for lots of laughs!
