Returned soldier

I have not been here for a long time, but would like to return.

My drinking has not been as 'bad' as it was before. But it is still 'alcoholic'.

I don't want it any more.

Day 1 today.

Walked to the shop this morning for milk, and the 'thought' entered my head. I let it pass.

Knowing there were others who were on my side made so much difference. I'm on your side too.

The smoke has been terrible Dee. All over Sydney. I've never seen it so bad.

Took a cab the other day and the driver, an Indian man, not here long said, "the sun looks angry". And it did.

Crumbs, fire everywhere.

Hello, I am in the same boat. Been living a sober lifestyle for the past 6 months..this past weekend I had a binge, feels like all my progress these last 6 months went down the drain. But I’m gonna get back to being sober...we are on the same road to recovery!
