I just got back from the gym and am sitting here on SR and having my coffee and doing the crossword puzzle. I almost feel guilty for being this content. This is only my third Sunday morning sober. I'm 24 days sober and living in 25, but that first Sunday morning 3 days sober I still was really sick and thought I might die. What a difference 3 sober weeks makes. Thanks for being a steady presence here on SR in my early recovery SoberRican. I'm back a bit in the wagon train but can see you way up there leading us to 2020 and a new decade sober and content.

Love this post!

You are motivating me to do some exercise today! I am going to get a 2nd cup of hot coffee to enjoy. I may read for a bit.
Alcohol sick would have me rolled up in a ball shaking, sweating and restless. The thought of fresh brewed coffee would turn my stomach

Congrats on your three weeks !!
