Just want to give everyone & anyone a pat on the back and a well done just for being here with us. For those in bleak times know we love you and we will be here round the clock whether it's 5pm or 3am were here for you

I'm in total agreement with that little video, but I don't think it's universally true. I've known too many people who hate nature, and see it as nothing more that something to be exploited, the result being nothing is eventually left. This has always been a two edge sword for me. If no one likes it, it means that what precious little of it left, I have to myself. On the other hand, those who don't want it will destroy what precious little is left, and then all I have left is concrete, brick, and my iphone.

I think the most important thing I get from nature, is that it helps me feel less insane, but I guess they have therapists for that today.

I completely agree. If I'm feeling a little down I go for a walk or run in the woods and I feel 100% better. Nature was instrumental in getting sober. I feel it could be a replacement for antidepressants in some cases but that's a whole different discussion. Thanks for the post.
