Weeks

Two weeks today. A little victory, the fact that I can now measure my sobriety in weeks, rather than hours or months. One more week and it will be the longest I've been sober in 30+ years.

Rough times ahead, I'm sure, but every day makes it that much harder for a stubborn old hermit like me, to give it all up for a drink.

Onwards...

Congratulations on your sober time. That's awesome.
I didn't conjecture what might happen the next week, or day. I just stayed sober one day at a time, and , yes, the days added up.
Best to you in sobriety.
