I should be in bed ... When I was kid I always said prayers before bedtime so in that vein and after everything that was today in the world I wanted to post this.

Lord please keep people safe from hurricanes, tornadoes, snow, hail, thunder, lightning & all other types of damaging weather. Intercede for all affected by power outages, food shortages, unsafe water and flooding. Bless them with peace and comfort in thier darkest hours

I was talking to Mrs JT about this yesterday. Some of the dead and injured are supposedly from a cruise ship that were on a day excursion? Being avid cruisers - and having been on many excursions - I said to Mrs JT how easily that could have been us. It’s the kind of trip we would have definitely took.

I imagine the people excitedly going on an experience of a lifetime trip - just to meet such horror and tragedy. It really doesn’t bear thinking about.

My heart goes out to everyone affected by this terrible event.
