new to this site

Hi, I am 7 months sober. I've been going to AA meetings, have a sponsor and have done the Steps. I am also attending an Outpatient program. An friend uses this site and I thought it would be good to have another support. My alcoholism can be overwhelming so my work towards sobriety needs to be equally present.

Welcome! 7 months is great- believe it was around that time that I really became convinced I could go through the rest of my life without drinking. Before that I had to set shorter term goals, but it’s still 24 hours at a time.
