I signed up for this sight a long while ago. So much so that I feel it's appropriate to reintroduce myself.

My first journey to sobriety (when I signed up here) was very short-lived. I've had short stints of being sober. My longest was 3 months earlier this year. I can't say that I've hit rock bottom, but health-wise I feel like the next drink could be fatal. That hasn't stopped me before, but I have a family now, so it's more than about me. Anyways, wish me luck!

Having a family to stop for is good, stopping for yourself usually works best. Glad you’re here, good luck !
