Day 218
Good morning fam sober Rican here. Didnt do too bad got up at 5 instead of the 3am thing. Hey I'll take it. Made some coffee. Folded a load of towels. Put a load in wash. Took dog out. . I cleaned the house last night so that's done. So now I am just chillin . doing my journal. And all my other readings I do. And you know it my daily shout out fam!!!! 218 freakin days of no sauce!!!!! Woot woot. Heck I still have my whole day ahead of me. Lol. Life is good. ✌

awesome that you got more sleep. I too have been struggling with insomnia, very bad!!!! It has taken so much out of me. I had to take sleeping med last night because I was day 6 with sleepless night syndrome! Finally received 9 hours of pure rest! Hope it gets better for you!

On Day 18 I really haven't had a good night's sleep yet, but it really isn't an issue. I can get 4 hours of fitful sleep and still feel so much better than I did hungover after 12 hours of sleep-drunk-oblivion. The lack of sleep isn't bothering me one bit. If I am up at 3, which I am nearly every morning, I feel nothing but calm and grateful.
