Day 8

It’s so nice waking up without feeling like death warmed up, my little one said can I have dads hot choclate mum as it’s better ha then because his dad was on the loo, he said mum I’m desperate so I will have yours ha I couldn’t stop laughing, have a great Sunday everyone

Congrats! It definitely pays off when we choose not to drink. Life is so much calmer. And yes, it’s nice not to wake up hungover wishing we could just take a pill and end the misery.

Day 18 for the very first time for me Mummy. Ever. Since I was a kid in the 80's. The mornings are exquisite. Trying not to think of the tens of thousands of mornings I wasted. The calm and clear mornings are worth it by themselves. Good going Mummy!!!

Thanks everyone, it definitely beats waking up hungover and feeling low & depressed, just getting up with a clear head not worrying about the night before 👍

Yay! Great job on 8 days, Mummy! How wonderful to enjoy these sweet moments with your son--you wouldn't be able to if you were drinking. Keep up the amazing work--it's not easy, but it's so worthwhile.
