3 weeks ago today

I made the choice to drink. For the last time.
The next day I woke up feeling horrible, regretful and sick. My rock bottom.

tomorrow I will wake up sober, healthier and knowing each day is getting better.

thank you to this community, it really does help. You are all wonderful and we can all do this together
