Through day 3, feeling happy about the future, started journaling today

Journalling is a great idea, Tink. I think it can help sort out thoughts and feelings.

Way to go making it to day 3. Journaling might be a great way to keep you focused on your goals.

Right on . you can do this. I journal myself pretty interesting actually have a few entries I go back to. Been 217 days I'm going thru some ink. You will too. ✌

Journaling is a really great idea. I would do that but I never seemed to be able to make it last.

Congrats on day 3! That is when I started to feel physically better. I also felt the hope! Enjoy your sober day today.

Great job! I ordered an inexpensive “gratitude “ journal on amazon and it has really helped me. It’s a very simple set up to just write down 4-5 things I am grateful for the day. I like to add post it’s inside for to do lists, reminders on why I am staying sober and how to stay sober. Writing in general just really helps
