Help - the AV has kicked in hard this morning
It's just gone 10am, and I am trying to motivate myself to do some housework but for some random reason the AV is screaming at me! 
WTH???!!! It's been a very stressful week at work, home not so bad as I just did the basics and went to bed early trying to sleep either watching something on my laptop or listening to a hypnosis link.
Now I am feeling hyper and agitated, angry at myself for not having got up yet (although I have had 2 coffees!) During the week it's bearable as it's almost like being on auto-pilot. Today is a 'free' day for me, which is rare as tomorrow I am working.
This damn AV in my head won't shut up. I haven't had alcohol in the home since 5th Nov.
Just venting, thank you if you're reading this

10:45 here and not out of dressing gown yet. So what? Like you I have had a hard week and we deserve to be lazy for a few hours on a Saturday morning if we want to. Kick back at that AV - it's never got anything constructive to say.
