2 months 2 days sober!!!!!!!!

2 months down! Forever to go!
I'm seriously the happiest I have been in a VERY long time. Todays a snowy day in NEW ENGLAND! Very cold and cozy!

I'm just working from home, while watching a movie on Disney +. I'm in love with this streaming service! It has all movies and shows ever created by Disney.

My sleep has been so much better since my doctor prescribed me a low dose of a sleeping aid.

I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend!

Happy Monday!

Way to go Tweet. In my early sobriety and even now once in a while forever seemed to overwhelming for me. I just had to and still do take it one day at a time, It seemed cheesy at first, and now it's just automatic.
Peace Tc

Congratulations! Surpassing two months is a huge achievement.

Did you suffer any anxiety at all, or was your withdrawal not too bad?

I had extreme anxiety for the first couple days, but drank lots of water and took some magnesium powder to help with it.

Great job Tweetie! Sleeping well is such a huge help in recovery! I went through about a month of insomnia my second month after I quit. Then it just went away and I was fine.
