Sober at last

Hi all.

After years of abuse I’ve finally began my journey to becoming sober. I’m on day 46 as I write this. I’ve had tough days and amazing days so far. At the minute I feel energised and alive. Glad to be sober!

Thank you everyone. I feel very welcomed here and it’s nice to find a place where everyone understands. I do go to the aa but this will be a nice supplement to it.
