Good morning fam happy Sunday. Hope all is well with your journey. It is quiet in my home now rightly so lol. My sleep is all over the place. I had been up since 9.50 pm Friday till 10 pm Saturday. As you read in early post I worked a pretty long shift. But when asleep for the four hours its like I got a little recharge. So I figure heck I'm up 230 am layed in bed . got up 4 ish . and was like shoot what do I do? Well made me some tea and when I opened the fridge for some lemon. I said ha I know . I am gonna clean my fridge lol. And boy did it need it. Then I'm like well break time lol. So I decided to post. Today marks 190 days of no booze. Words cant explain the gratitude I have for having such a loving higher power to allow me to enjoy this sober bliss. So thus is the pausing and reflecting part of it. So many good things are going on. Right now. But there are some things that lingering if you will. Like my son he hardly is in touch with me so when I get a text from him which is random . he has no kind words to say. Now mind you he is 30 years old . he stated he was off the sauce. But I have a hunch he is back on it. I dont respond back when he does that. For one I will just fuel his fire by doing so. Two he probably is not going to remember. Three I havent done anything to him . his choice for not wanting to be in my life. However my door is always open for any of my four kids. All you have to do is knock. When in my addiction I still worked my butt off to provide for them and interact with them. Now that they are grown my youngest is 26 and their bank account me dried up. They have nothing to do with me. Before I would get lit up and polluted cause I was bumming . to the point that I made myself sick. So when I surrendered myself. Things changed he put a calm in my life cleaned the lenses of my eyes to have clarity. That being said now that I am doing me I figure the rest I put in my creaters hands to take care of them. I say my daily prayer and then go about my day. My side of the street is clean . with daily maintenance. See that daily folks . sorry if I bored you with this. But I got it off my chest thanks for reading. Oh and btw. My fridge is all nice and neat. ✌
