1 month

Thought I'd pop in and share that I'm one month today. First started posting on this forum last year, it's taken a while a to get to this stage and a few false starts but feeling positive this time. The physical cravings have gone, the AV very occasionally pops up but I just tell it to shut up, a bit like standing up to a bully say a firm no and it very quickly scuttles off. I really do love waking up with no hangover.

I view mine as a child throwing a temper tantrum, and just smile at it and then ignore it. Silly AV!
We are getting so strong with each day, soon that pesky AV will not even come close!

I can tell you , the joy of waking without a hangover NEVER fades!! Well done on your month that is a huge achievement and you never have to do that first month ever again!

I woke up this morning and my first thought was about how great it is not to be hung over. It’s amazing knowing we never have to feel that way ever again!
