5 Days In....
My son's mother is my qualifier.
She just came home from a 30 day treatment center.
There were many promises of being together as a family when she came home. I took care of everything while she was away. Our son, her house, the bills. 2 days before she came home she informed me she couldnt be in a relationship for a year, no sleepovers no sex.
I agreed, shes on her journey. And offered support. But when she came home shes been cold and distant. She's cancelled family plans. Still, I understand. This is new for her. But she dropped a bomb yesterday. She met someone and is in love! I feel so betrayed. I'm afraid shes gone.
I've been to 3 meetings in 5 days. Still tough trying to get through this.

Welcome, and I'm sorry for your situation.
I'm not an AA person, but I believe the suggestion is to not start a new relationship for about a year, and does not refer to an ongoing relationship.
I'm sorry that your wife has found someone else. I understand that this happens sometimes at treatment centers.
