66 Days sober
Hi. I have remained alcohol free now for 66 days. This is the longest I have not had a drink for in 15 years!
This action has been brought about by a cancer scare I had, which resulted in me deciding to stop wasting my life on booze and to start making memories that I can remember and that are worth remembering and also not painfully embarrassing.
Hope I can get some help and advice from people on here to continue on my path of sobriety.😀

Hello and welcome and congratulations on your sober time. That is an awesome achievement.
When I got two weeks sober it was longest stretch in about thirty years!
I hope you make some wonderful memories sober. I can't remember most of any good drinking memories. But I've had some great ones sober.
I'm sorry you have a reason to be here, but I'm glad you found us. You'll find a lot of support here. So I hope you stick around and keep reading and posting.
Best to you.
