Difficulty coming out of relapse
Do everything you can.
Empty your house of booze.
Dumping it is better than drinking it.
Do not buy more.
Consider seeing your dr or a counsellor for help.
Think about AA SMART or some other meeting based support group and go to meetings.
Investigate non meeting based approaches like Rational Recovery/AVRT if that is your bag.
Post here daily and often for help, or to help others.
I spent entire days on SR in the beginning, Those were days I did not drink.
Make a recovery action plan

If you absolutely cannot stop drinking, then maybe you need detox/rehab (inpatient or outpatient)?
The bottom line is if you want to quit it takes effort. Stable.
Its not going to pleasant for a little while but it might save you a lot of pain.

Not exactly what you mean by "coming out of relapse" - are you sober now?
Echo what Dee said.
And yep, you have to choose not to drink, every day, and go from there.
Glad you made it back - we don't get unlimited chances.

Operate the 'HALT' principle.
Try not to get in situations where you are excessively;
Hungry
Angry
Lonely
Tired
The only other thing is to try and seek as much support as you can from as many sources as you can. I wish you the best of luck.
