it turns out my problem is connected with a land-line failure here in Essex UK.

I am still not sure how to arrange it so I get an email notification of a reply too a post.

My tolerance is being tested this morning, but at least I am not raining the refrigerator.

So there is one thing worthy of gratitude.

Thanks to Dee - I am still having problems connecting due to line faults here but eventually I am making contact - I now realise it is (obviously - I suppose) necessary to be signed in to see all the thread tools.

Despite using the internet since the late 1990s - I still struggle at times with basics.

Rather the same with the OA programme - & I started with that in 1994 - after carrying a phone number around for about 4 years and not using it until after I had a heart attack!

Best wishes all who are trying to connect with recovery today - at the minute - I welcome contacts of any sort.
