Good morning happy Friday my sober pals. I'm just doing my thing here at work. I'm feeling good. I ride my bike to work 2 miles sweet so I get my cardio in. 111 days ago I wouldnt have even thought to ride my bike anywhere..except the liquor store. Sad. Things are in motion. Looking forward to my mini outing on my bday this Sat. Which would be my 112 day of sobriety. So a double whammy of goodness. Got to go folks back to work.. ✌

Congratulations on triple ones

I found when I got sober I loved to ride my bike, too.
