Dreams

Having some very vivid, crazy dreams at the moment. They are a blessing and a curse. They are helping me to sort out my thoughts,, but a bit hard to get up and going in the morning. AH is a feature. No surprises there.

I still dream about my XAH when things are not going well. It is what it is, just keep it in perspective and realize it's just a dream.

Ex's will pop in to my dreams from time to time - and in to my nightmares as well. I agree it's about you sorting out your thoughts but they can absolutely be disturbing.

my long deceased mother still does a cameo now and then in my dreams. and my 2nd ex husband. i don't know why, it's not like i pine for him, miss him or think about him much while i'm awake?? but there he is!

brains are weird. dreams are weird.

I had a recent dream that my deceased father showed up at family event and instead of being controlling, nasty and insulting, he was happy and laughing. In my dream I said to my sister, “Wow, being dead really WORKS for him!”

I woke up laughing.

Dreams are weird!
