First day back at work

It was so good going back to work today, 5 weeks off was a Long time to be away. Every one made me feel so welcome and valued 😊. Even my boss popped down to me, gave me a cuddle and said "thank god your back " she also said, take it slowly, don't push yourself. I'm one lucky lady to have all the support I have.
I'm absolutely shattered to be honest lol. But it's a good feeling. Had a nice long walk with my dog, cleared my head, had a bath. Won't be long before I hit the hay.
My meds have been tweaked so hopefully ill be completely firing on all cylinders soon. I'm quite forgetful at the moment. (I think that's just my age lol )
When I feel able I think I'm gonna start running again, I felt good when I exercised, but the new meds sorta wiped me out. But as everything "one day at a time"
Hope everyone is ok
Much love as always
Doris xx

I'm sure it was a great relief to have everyone react that way - even your boss.
I'm very happy it went well, Doris.
