It's a beautiful day again today, feeling proud of myself. It's been 31 days since my last **** up. I've always said I don't like counting days, turns out I do lol. It kinda pushes me on now. Lots of things I've said in the past seems to have changed. I'm looking at things from a different perspective, and for now it's sitting ok with me.
Now I'm not saying it's been easy, because it hasn't. But I'm thinking more logically, when things pop up. I allow myself to think about it, and not torture myself, I think through the questions in my head and file them into important and not important. Into the proper boxes. Thinking clearly is such a good feeling.
I tend to remind myself that it's ok to have a bad day, it's ok to feel unsettled. That's normal life ��
My thought process is different, I'm feeling better within myself.
I'm continuing to work hard with all my issues,and for now, I'm feeling strong.

Hi Doris..I have 33 days and I was curious as to what you were going to say about how you are feeling at Day 31...I feel the same...this time is different.

I believe we have been given a gift...I thank God every night before closing my eyes..
