Good morning all happy Sunday. Its funny how things happen. As You can see in my other post that I mention humility and higher power and stuff. Then low and behold here it is again I just read my daily reflection for today and what is subject? Humility. Awesome these are a few things that stood out for me. 1 humility will allow me to accept my humanness joyously. 2 that humility will bring balance back into my life. Pretty cool huh😁 anyways and the other thing was I wrote a scripture on a piece of paper in garage back 71 days ago . feeling like dirt the whole being disgusted with myself. Sick. The whole enchalada but I happen to scribble due to shacking and wrote Come to me all who are weary and burdened , and I will give you rest. Mathew 11:28. .....fast forward today my mama bless her heart is in Puerto Rico now laft last night to visit. But anyways she sends me a today's thought thing every day to my phone. And what was it ? It was a cool picture of that same verse I wrote down.! I just thought that was super cool .....made me feel really good like genuinely good. . long story but i wanted to share my 71 day sober story. Keep coming back

Isn't it amazing how some days the Daily Re feels like it is written just for us?!
I read it too - and it's relatable in particular bc of things going on with my stepson.

God is speaking to you SoberRican...those types of coincidences which I do not think are such coincidences got me thru long term sobriety...and will get me thru again....Thanks for sharing! So happy for you.
