Morning everyone 😃
It's a beautiful day today, my plans are to do absolutely nothing apart from reading my book in the garden, I was just thinking that if I were hungover, the sun would be my enemy lol.
Nearly 3 weeks in from my last f++k up, seems a lifetime ago now, thank god. I'm feeling so much better within myself. I'm sure the meds are really working 😃 however I'm doing daft things like pouring hot water on my cereal instead of my coffee, putting things in the oven instead of the freezer, oh an I lost the lense of my glasses 😂😂 how the hell I done that I don't know. I'm actually enjoying my time off work just pottering about instead of running around like a headless chicken.
My mood has definitely lifted and I feel almost back to myself, a way to go yet but I'm getting there.
I hope that everyone is ok, sending love and strength to all those in need.

I am so happy for you...."the sun the enemy"...that is so true....when I was detoxing I was blessed that we were in a period of rain that lasted almost thru my whole horrible 6 days of horrible detox and i was so GRATEFUL and slept alot etc.

I'm truly happy for you!
