came to mind yesterday as I was crazily trying to justify having a drink, after an hour or two of mental tennis , my mind finally rationed Why ! Why put yourself through the whole ORDEAL of drinking yet again, From now on when I think of alcohol I'm going to refer it as "that ordeal " . Thanks.

Just more or less decided. If I was to drink again, 1 st thing ill do is ring job and cancel all further commitments, may as well cos I won't be able to drive so that's job gone , 2 nd id clean out bank account, might as well cos it ll be cleaned out anyway and why risk the hassle of ringing bank over lost cards etc 3 rd I'd go to off licence and stock up Christmas style, may as well because after a few days drinking no where decent is goin to want to serve me alcohol, plus they close at certain times of the night and I could be left short of booze . Then someday within months I'll wake up Absolutely Poisoned, bill s all over floor , walking bent over like a man of 90 , take to bed to shake sweat scratch puke rant at tv and then come back on here on yet another Day one. That's the Ordeal I was referring to above.
