Good evening all its me again. Well was going to cook on the grill gonna do it Tommorow let that meat get happy in the marinade. So their are alot of activities going on today. Which I might check out to people watch. Thats free. Maybe get me a fresh squeezed lemonade from the fair. But first going to have a nice hearty meal at a steak house to celebrate 69 days of heaven .such a humbling feeling I tell you. And to know I start a new job on Monday. Icing on the cake. Sorry if this a long message but I wanted to share this with my new family. Real talk. You all are awesome . have a wonderful sober weekend you all. I'll check in later ✌

Good morning my sober nation. Morning shout out . up early already cleaned my kitchen. Get those things out the way so I can start the day. Anyways had this feeling today feels special. So the word that popped up humility. Weird cause I just feel it. Like thats the feeling I get when I share with you all. That maybe something I say or do will help someone. So I thouggt of a few quotes if you will. Like ...i don't need to search for humility it has found me. . and then this one I read said . when pride comes then comes disgrace.but with humility comes wisdom. So anyhow today is my 70th day . gonna go to farmwrs market. Then enjoy my day. Sorry long post. And no spell check coffee hant kicked in yet. You all have a wonderful day. Keep coming back

Good morning, SoberRican! Thanks for the reminder about humility, and congratulations on day 70; I've got my classwork about done for the semester; having a cup of coffee now, going to yoga in a bit, later will head over to the Saturday market downtown, pick up some fresh veggies for dinner and hear some live music. If I was drinking, none of that would be on the agenda, just negativity, fear, anger, physical and mental anguish, and utter despair. I thank God every day for my sobriety, and pray that others who are suffering can find relief. I hope everyone has a delightful day.

My crazy job has me getting up at midnight or so to go to work.

Since I am off for the weekend, I stayed out last night until 10 PM for an amazing rock show at my local casino.

I nursed a rockstar zero at around 6 pm until 9 PM. It is a great way to mess up my sleep schedule but I would have never made it otherwise.

So, I am up now at 4 am and getting ready get my next fix, coffee. I will take a nap or 2 today to get even. We have dinner and a show tonight. Late.

I am glad my current doc is caffeine. Waking up hangover free for the last several years is what I was searching for.
