Putting day 6 to bed

It's me again...absolutely exhausted. Took my pup to the Dog Park after dinner...just too hot for us, but a nice change. I've been really BLAH today....not sure why. Just really off. So, I'm going to bed...tomorrow is another day!

Hurray to day 6, and a high five for dogs.

Day 5 here and I was feeling a bit twitchy so took the dog for a country walk. The said charming creature rolled in cow pats so when I got home I had to give it a bath. Another day done.

It took me a long long time...over a year...before I started feeling normal most of the time.

These days I feel normal, but now sober as a nail, I detect quickly when normalcy is being challenged.

I was going insane the first several months.

Thanks.
