I have so many things to take care of and do, you would not believe.

It take a little time for the real benefits of sober to come through though.

I am detoxing too Caprice. just woke up from a nap in a panic thinking my life is ruined. I am quite isolated from friends and family too and it can feel like the end of the world . Talk to us as you detox.
