Hi, I'm Kate. New to this group. Almost 90 days sober from prescription pills. I've been in an ongoing cycle of stopping using for weeks or even months and then use for days or weeks. It just keeps repeating.
Glad to have you join us Kate
what do you think keeps drawing you back, Kate?

Welcome, Kate! Lot's of great encouragement, information, and most of all, inspiration here.
I've had many attempts to quit drinking like you have with pills. What I'm seeing this time is that for me it was less of an issue with quitting drinking, than of starting to live life more deeply, and there's just no way it can be the best possible version of life if alcohol/drugs were a part of it. And I finally decided I wanted the best! Hope you do, too!

Well your on a different track now. You broke that rut. I've heard it takes three weeks to break a habit. That was the bad ol days. Now you are sober. 90 days is great. Dont throw that away. And welcome. Great website you found.
