Glad to hear things are going better! The sleep issues can be brutal, can't they?! Day 17 and mine are starting to improve, but every night I pray for one of those good, solid night's sleeps where I don't wake up for 7 to 9 hours, and when I do I feel the rest worked its way into my bone marrow!

Maybe tonite's our night...

We are quit twins! I am also on Day 5.

Feeling much better. Things cant stay down forever and when you are at rock bottom there is only one direction left to go: Up!

((hugs))

By quitting the alcohol we are sacrificing short term pain for LONG TERM gain.

Great job Mummy. Soon you will be sleeping better and more restfully than you have in a long time. Hang in there!
