I'm still up and down constantly, but that's okay. Not a drop in 20 days today 
In the past, I would drink whether I was up or down. Now I savor the ups and just accept the downs. Sometimes on a crappy day, I'll just go to sleep early.
Nothing is worth drinking over. Drinking turns the ups to downs and makes the downs worse.

Well done folk for 20 days !!!
For me I learned just to scan the things where they are ups or down.No judgement because nothing is permanent but a change is permanent.Nothing stays for a long.I am learning to observe ups and down like a movie camera which never says this picture is good or bad !!!.Just capture the sceneries as they are !!
