Lost stuffs and regret !
Hi beautiful guys,
I am doing well and gratitude for a new life after losing so many things. I am not ranting out for the things which I have lost just because of silly mistakes I have done in the past .
I am a person of kind heart and did so many things for people but I was deeply regretting my life .I was only focusing on those things that I didn't have .Therefore I was abusing myself.I know that I was doing 99% good but somethings few bad happened in 20 years .It was just because of my 1% .Once you do bad it takes away all of your good at a time.So staying mindful is so much important.We have to learn how to control our emotions. Now working towards my emotions.
Now,
I sometimes feel bad just because of my lost.I know I cant go in the past and correct all or revert back them. However I have to accept this to allow my healing.
I am using few healing techniques however I would love to hear from yours too.
Lost were ,
1. Relationships and children.
2. Finance.
3. Career.
4 Prestige.
5. Social life.
6. Emotional life. etc...
I suspect that I wouldn't be earn the property I had already lost .Of course other stuffs too .I have no options left to accept this situation and move forward .Therefore I am looking for a good tools that keeps me awake and mindful.I need a companion of like minded people .I know its AA but I can schedule for a meeting because I have to pay back my loan and need of plenty works. Any magic here ???

Alcohol will make good people do things they wouldn't normally do or say it doesn't make them bad people. Your addiction does not define you. My therapist told me to feel my emotions don't block them. Blocking them doesn't make them go away. I've never been to AA but from my understanding it's free. Take care.
