Poor Social Skills
Sometimes we want to be included
Sometimes we want to be left alone
Most of the time we want to be included, with the option to be left alone...
Iam a social vegan...
I avoid meet...
Poor social skills often lead to stress and loneliness..Heres two relapse triggers.Which can negatively affect physical and mental health. An example of poor social skills is the uses of technology.Texts among young people seems to be an impediment in developing social skills.Everything is so condensed into sound bytes. It makes young people more timid.not sure what to say or do....I guess when I was still drinking.I developed this dependancy on alcohol because.I became timid when I wasnt drinking..There was some stress so drinking was a must...We might hear in AA that we eventually become more comfortable in our own skin..We start to develop some social skills where we are no longer getting stressed over the XYZ...So I can attest because of fellowshipping in AA sober just by raising my hand at a meeting.I have overcome some of the timidness..Some progress that adds to my manageability...Isnt getting drunk in front of people really anti-social behaviour???
Some key words..
Overcome
Alcohol Dependant
Fellowshipping and or in Friendship (sharing)
My personal timidness
Comfortable in own skin
Spiritual progress not perfection
