I like this! Although the logic part strikes me as out of place. The rest of it seems very Zen.

I agree Kinzoku that the word seems a little oddly placed! However, when I thought about it CBT and the tool ABC’s (my favourite!) all work on the premise that you dispute stinking thinking with logical facts to retrain your brain to be more rationale so it’s actually perfectly placed xx
