Recognizing happy emotions
Acknowledging anger, fear, sadness, shame, fear, discomfort, numb, grief, pain, frustrated, irritated and confused is important. So is recognizing and allowing a wide range of "happy" emotions.
Recognizing and cultivating happy emotions through inner-awareness (instead of looking towards others to fulfill this) can help create a sense of well being.
