UK Family Court

I wonder if anyone can help with a query. has anyone got any experience in the UK family court of a court making an order for a parent with a history of alcohol abuse not to drive a child in a car after they got their license back following a drink drive conviction

FB, sounds like it might be a question for a lawyer. If you feel you can't afford that, there may be a free clinic where you can go and pose the question, or even an online divorce forum for the UK.

I can really understand your anxiety about this.

I can only imagine the worry! I agree with FeelingGreat about asking an lawyer or maybe finding a support group for divorcing/separating couples in UK. I don't know if there is an option of some sort of sobriety monitoring device like SoberLink in the UK, either, but that might be an option?

Has the parent got their license back: ie passed the medical? If so I think I’d speak to the DVLA
