Day 14
Not eating all day isn't a good idea. It not only affects how you think and feel but it can also be a trigger for cravings (as ChloeRose63 has mentioned in the post above). And for me being hungry is also a sign that my blood sugars are low and I start to crave sugary things - like alcohol for example.
this isnt the first Almost time to get off work and I really want go buy a bottel thread/post from ya,toni. instead of what ya did before, youre going to have to do something different at this time as every other time has had a "day one" or "day ___ for the ______ time" thread shortly after.
