Hi Andrea, I find eating a good meal and plenty of na fluids really helps. Maybe you need a rest too. Detox is exhausting.

Hang on in there. It's worth it.

Congratulations on two days sober, and welcome to the forums. You'll find a lot of support here.
When I first quit, I wanted to drink real bad, too. But realized I never had to get drunk again if I didn't have that first one.
See, I'm an alcoholic. I can't control my drinking once I take a drink.
The good news is, you never have to drink again.
You've taken a big step by coming here and acknowledging you need help.
I needed help, too. After trying so, so many times to quit on my own.
I finally went to AA and found it very helpful. There are other methods to quit, too. And, of course, we're all here for you.

Best to you and please stick around here and read and post. You'll find all kinds of people, some of us just like you.
